hi, i currently play a rogue(combat spec) and i wonder which gear is best for OPEN WORLD pvp. Should i just get pve items and aim for quick burst( adrenaline rush and killing spree) or pvp resil gear?

yeah i would said quick burst would be best as you can always vanish if things go wrong.
you could always collect both resil and pve gear and change em how you see fit :P

I don't play rogue in wotlk so idk but I would say go relience. Vanish isn't always going to save you when you have dots knocking you out of stealth.

PvP gear of course. Can mix with PvE pieces like most do. If you go with full PvE gear then keep in mind you will meet other full PvP geared players that will not die in one burst, but on the other side you will be a glass cannon. And don't rely on your stealth, mediocre and good players know how to hinder or to counter it easily.
