Technical Can i log out with open ticket?

can i log out if i have an open ticket or will it be deleted? and if i log onto another character on the same account will the gm be able to answer the ticket and whisper me on this char? I know it works on the official servers but i dont know how it works here. Thank you in advance

I've not yet had a reply to my tickets, which is kinda sad, that I've had tickets open for days regarding reports on players. But nevertheless, if you logout, it won't get deleted, it will be there when you login again. I'm sure how the staff on Warmane works to solve all the tickets, but I do think they look at those that are made by people that are offline, and then you're likely to get a response in your mailbox. I might be right, I might be wrong.
