Where do I report coin theft/account hacking?

I started playing here again a little bit after some time off and I logged in today to notice that my account which had 18 coins now has 0 coins. The IP address that used my coins isn't from my same region so I suspect that someone hacking into my account. I never use the forums, so I'm just curious on where to post this or what I need to provide for information.
