    [ANSWERED]Coupon Refund?

    I bought an item (Oathbinder) when I realised that I got it on the wrong character so I refunded however i used a coupon code that made OB 21 coins from 23 and trying to using the code said it has already been redeemed. Is it possible to reuse the coupon for the the OB?

    I got a response from a ticket. this can be noted as solved.

    Coupons are NOT refundable.
