Burning Crusade account suspended on website.

i got random mail in my ingame mailbox advertising a website selling gold for money and i just clicked "report as spam"

then i somehow have my account banned for advertising. im sure this is just a mistake.



ive had this account for a long time and never advertised before because warmane pserver is obviously the best out there atm.


i tried msging a gm on the forums, but didnt get an answer. i made an ingame ticket and i got a reply saying i need to turn off my vpn, which i dont even use or have.


is there anything that can be done on my end about this problem? or something i need to prove?

the IP in the red msg dosnt even match my real ip

ty for your help, i ended up making an email since i wasnt able to make a ticket due to the ban.
