Technical IP Banned for advertising

When I try to play this game on school I need to use a VPN. I use a VPN called Cyberghost and it worked fine. Untill one day it gave me an IP that was banned for advertising. I just restarted the VPN, got a new IP and I could play perfectly fine. Now I can still play the game but there is an IP-ban on my account on the website. Which makes it so I cannot access the store or make a support ticket because I am 'ip banned' for advertising, which I have never done, and do not plan on doing. Could this IP ban be removed so I can access the store again please? I made a ticket ingame but GMs said they can't help me and one GM said I have to change my IP on the website. Don't know how to do that, but I went on the site from my home IP which isn't banned..
