WotLK Knights of the Ebon Blade

Hey, I'm Exalted on Knights of the Ebon Blade , But i can't see Quartermaster all the NPC-s inside it are unfriendly, I can't see Duchess Mynx or anyone, Just agressive NPC-s , Please help , I can't get any Quest from Thassarian on Alliance Ship aswell , Thanks in Advance.

I did faction change from horde to alliance and the shadow vault is in original state hostile mobs etc but i'm exalte still , whatever i should be able to do quest chain, the following quests you should be able to take are :

if you cant not see that NPC quartmaster because of a faction change you need to open a ticket in-game I guess
