help needed char trade

hello,

not sure if im allowed to ask this in this forum but not sure where to ask anywhere else.

i want to sell my paladin or trade it for a warlock
but if i go trough the accont>trade>sell options it says you are not eligible for selling or something.
anyone have an idea why?

You may need to enable two factor authentication, you cant trade even up or character for character only sell at set price for coins.

i did set up the authentication thing and it still says:
'' You are not eligible to sell characters in the trading system''

The two factor has to been in place 3 days for it to be active, if it still says that after 3 days there may be other requirements to reach but I am not positive on that.

As far as I can see these are the requirements.

Characters can take up to 10 minutes to show up in the character trade system
- Successful sales will have a 15% service cost
- Characters that expire the sale duration will be automatically restored on the account
- Minimum price is based on total value of character's equipment, inventory and bank
- Equipment only means only the character's currently equipped items will be included
- Full inventory means all items including bag contents and bank contents will be included
