Can't retake Ashen Verdict Rep ring.

Hey guys, quick question. So I recently bought a hunter from trade on website and it was naked for minimum price value. So it's already exalted on Ashen Verdict and I tried to retake the ring but I cant for some reason. So the Npc that gives the ring just has a blue "?" but when you click him there's no options. I guess my question is. Is there a way for me to get back the ring or maybe I can reset the reputation so I can get it again or any other fixes you guys can think about. My first inclination is to submit an in-game bug report ticket (available from question mark on your character bar) naming the NPC and quest (or just state that no text shows up in the quest dialogue).
