Problem occured while donating!!!!

So today i wanted to donate 10euros to my account and during the autentification, my money has been removed from my bank account, but payment trough paymentwall autent failed for some reason and now i am stuck with lost money and no coins. Do you have any suggestion about what i should do and how can i fix this problem. This is basicaly stolen money, which i don't like at all.
Edit: I cannot even see it in donation history.
