WotLK everything is resetting

Hello everytime i open wow i play for 1-4 hours and after that i close wow . After i reopen it everything is reset and gone . losing video options , keybinds ,macros , i even have to accept the tos from wow again from the begging .

i have no clue what im doing or what i must do .

please help me coz this is very annoying because i have to do everything from start everytime i join the game

follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC ( this is important in your case)
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".
