Burning Crusade IP banned pls help

Dear GM，

I am a honest Chinese player on Outlander server. Without any notice my IP has been banned， when i login my accoutant seeing that Your IP Address (18.195.46.68) has been terminated due to Advertising，and also facing my acc has been frozened . As the China goverment rule, i have to play game and website by using VPN. I am so sad that i have not done anything forbidened on game or website, pls disbanned my IP and accoutant（ID：summerhx）
