Dear Warmane Staff,

My brother and me played about 2-3 years ago on Frostwolf. We came back to see that all of are characters were non-existent anymore. However, we now play on Outland TBC and we were curious if we could get our donation coins back and be able to use them on TBC. I made in in-Game ticket about this subject but I was curious as to if the forums would be better suited to address our concerns. Could give you the card I used back in the day to donate. My brother has history in his account info of buying donation heirlooms but no donation history in that respective tab; and as to my account I have no history at all.

Little chance you're gonna get anything back. There have been all kinds of events in the past few years, and every time players had a VERY long time to ensure they don't lose characters/recover coins and so forth. I mean you can try to contact the staff via email but I doubt you'll get anything back.
