Apparently there are 476 mithril ore deposits in TN accourding to http://www.wowhead.com/object=2040/mithril-deposit
However, I've only found ONE.
Is the site wrong? Where have all the mith deposits gone?

That information is inaccurate and relates to retail. Those are possible spawns, not simultaneous spawns and iirc, the nodes in retail spawn based on how active the zones are. More activity in a zone means more node spawns, so that is information taken from all the retail realms when they were more populated. I'm not sure how node spawns are dictated on here, but I'm guessing you're playing cata or MoP, because that map is from post-cata.
oh wow, I assumed the map was from Vanilla because it was added in patch 1.11.1.5462. I am playing wotlk on Ice Crown. Thank you for the information sir.
Yes, and Yes they are, alot of people are mad at bots not only farming rare low lvl nodes but also they are taking over storm peaks and Icecrown nodes, and herbs, basicly making it more annoying then ever to farm some flasks as your alchemist.
Offcourse we also have to deal with the huge population witch isn't really making it easyer.
But rather then trying to endlessly fencing off farming bots (who can make a 2nd account in 2 seconds) They ban the bott's that spams global and /yell on gold selling, with an AI.
They also ban bots that people report and provide evidence for. Get out there and start submitting reports!
I think everyone (almost) that you can see grinding beasts along the roads = bots. (I have seen a lot of them in borean thundra, dragonblight and howling fjord)
If you see someone take sharp turns then they are almost guaranteed to be a bot.
Not sure what is good evidence that they bot other than that they take those sharp turns, but I assume it would be enough evidence to get them banned since legit players can't move like that.
On windows 10 you can press windows key + G to activate the build in recording software so you can quickly record them botting.
It is this part that is the issue. They are so many that even IF you wanted to provide evidence in form of fraps for each and every one of them, you would not have enough time for it even if you played 24/7 365.
imho the botters lack the die-hard gamer's attitude. why play wow at all then! why are they here!
i myself enjoy farming and see my efforts render progression. to me, that is a big portion of the fun and the challenge!
