I've heard that there are certain clipping issues with the new models, is that true ? And does the druid get the stag form with this and does it work properly ?

Yes, WoD. I doubt Legion models would work just fine, considering how much problems the WoD ones caused - crashes, missing feet, FPS drops etc.

there is a a thread somewhere on the forum and even at download page if you select "Wotlk" it says "Includes new character models from Legion."

That guy I think has the best WoD models, all the races with all the hairs work. NPC arent new models though but they did get an HD treatment they look like original but much better. He also has Legion Creatures and HD world texture mods linked in his signature.
