1. Items missing from bank, due to some bag error

    First of all my main issue is that I got banned or atleast my IP was banned as the info from the account login on the site shows https://imgur.com/G5lzoI4, the problem started when I received an email on the asociated account, that someone is trying to change my password, after few steps I've managed to retrieve the account safe and full, changed email pass and account pass again. After that when I tried to login on the warmane site, it shows this message like in picture above, I have send and email to staff like 1 month ago, still no answer... I wanna use points, coins, donate and everything back like it was, my accounts are like 8 years old, my donations helped 0.01% warmane, atleast someone could give me a decent answer for this issue I suppose.

    Second issue is with 2 items that I carry most, Wrathfull Head and Shoulders I've donate for (holy paladin) my main char on the same account, I had them in bank and after a break of few months I figured the specific bag (the one that drops from 1st boss in Forge of Souls) is missing from bank, and the items in it gone too, olso I have made a ticket about this issue, again nobody answered...

    Please help me get the items I pay'd for and unban this state of my account.
