Ripped off in trade, anything I can do?

The guy that had his char up for trade for coins had listed he had all the Heroics for every dungeon, and all the attunements to raids, and max in aldor rep, which is why I paid double then others for his account, that was a lie... not one dungeon is unlocked for heroics, and he's not attuned for anything, there anything I can do? Or am I just screwed?
