I grided rep with blodsail up to honored, went to pick up a qest so i can start the chain to obtain the hat for the achiewment. didnt see any qest. reloged and saw a .. ? '' even doe i never picked up any qest from fleet master Firalon. turned that random qest in and got some cloth items. and there is no other ,,!'' qest i can get / start. it's been 2 days . thank you.

yes, but it is not working , i do not understand why , or is there a way for me to do it ? :S

The reason I linked you that report is to show you it is an old bug and it is not fixed yet
