Technical Issues getting into my account

Hello.

I had no clue where to get help with this, so I decided to post here.
I used to play on this server and wanted to get back into it, but can by no mean log into my account. I've even saved the Username and Password here on the page and nothing helps. I can't do anything at all.

I can't for sure say that it's me who might have gotten something wrong, but when I ask for an email with new password or something nothing helps. I had to make this account just to post now :(

Any help? I can even still find my main character in the armory, and I even donated to get premium on that account :(

does not matter which mail address you use to contact them ( as long as you specify your account name).

what they usually do then is to reset that account to the email used during registration process. By doing that you should be able to reset to a new pssw
