What happened to the guild to the Moon?

I noticed some people went to a guild called "to the Logs", but why did the old Sin disband again?

To the moon decided to stop raiding (various of reasons), some players went on to merge with Play for logs, some went to other guilds and some decided to just quit (like Finrodi).

Sin disbanded because of friction between some players and perhaps a disagreement in direction/philosophy going forward between members of Surge and Sin (the 2 top guilds at the time), offshoots from both guilds split off and made To the moon. Since I haven't really played since the Surge split I don't know what happened to To the moon since then, but I believe some remaining members of Surge/Sin who didn't go to To the moon ended up in Mirage/Illuminate, or quit like me.
