I accidentally selected the wrong character when i was choosing my item please direct me to some way i can fix this. Was bought 5 minutes prior to me making this thread.

You will get Coins refund ( so you will be able to buy it again for the correct character)
My account is not premium. i sold my character on my premium account :[ i sent an email hopefully it will get resolved soon
to get a faster reply you can open a ticket wiht your premium account > select "general enquiry" as category
at the moment i cannot afford a premium account. otherwise i would have donated again on this account already :[ Would save very much frustration
and at this point why would i want to donate AGAIN when they cant help out my non premium account? I can be patient, but if nothing is resolved i see no reason in putting more money into the hands of people that can't help those that don't donate.
you actually said "i sold my character on my premium account" which made me think you have sold it via Trade system > so you still have access to a premium account.
Anyway are you asking for help for an item you have bought with Coins on a not-premium account, right ?
The only thing you can do is to send an email to [email protected] ( which you said you have already did) but it might take even 2-3 days for an answer so be patient
yeah i do have accesss to it, but it is a different account ill try through that. thanks a lot :]
