WotLK Odd character stuck situation

Greetings all,

I was in an Utgarde Keep run last night after using the RDF. Our group wiped in a room just as the world server went down, so as I died I was disconnected. When I try to come back, as soon as my character appears on screen, I am mobbed by every monster in that room; and am unable to move, act, logout or do anything. My character is stuck at 1hp, yet the game is treating it as "dead". All I can do right now is lay on the floor as the 10 or 15 mobs in the room pummel my corpse.

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck

It's that easy? Holy cow, lol... I've left my corpse being pummeled for like an hour now hoping it would oddly disconnect on me again and leave me dead in the middle of a desert somewhere XD Thank you!
