I was looking into donating to warmane because of the fun I have been having and the time I play has alot of traffic so ques to get into servers get up to a few hours. When I looked into donating everything was in euros unless you went with amazon pay which gave you significantly less coins. I really would like to donate but this is the in-pass I am at now, any help or suggestions would be helpful.

Use the Subway card option and check out a currency converter to know how much to put on the gift card. For the 22 euro option, a $25 USD Subway gift card will cover it.
You should know though, while Subway says it will only take a few minutes to receive the ecard by email, it can sometimes take 8-12 hours.

Subway card is the way to go. Tad convoluted, but it does the trick for USD/CAD.

I've usually just been using a debit card, be it a prepaid debit like Bluebird American Express or a bank one like Regions.

prepaid mastercards always work for me.
