WotLK IP Banned

Hello,

I didnt play since 2 years and i just installed yesterday wotlk on my new Mac.

When i logged on my old account, all of my characters were naked, with no gear and 0 achievements.

I saw that my IP was banned, idk why!

I used to play on Blackrock

Is it possible to have a back up ?

Most likely you was hacked, you can try opening a support ticket or contacting [email protected] and explain the situation to them and they may be able to help you out depending on the circumstances.
