Technical Donate problem

Ok so I used my card and donate 10€,I uploaded my verifacations and I got a sms saying that I did a trasaction but the problem is that after that the trasaction stuck at processing. My account is still regular but I see that my the transaction was done.Any ideas?

I'm facing Same Issue, it's stuck on Processing Transaction. Need some help, we want to pay but not been able to.
