So, to make it short, when I was playing In Medivh on my draenei shaman, whose name is Eurydice, I bought the dual spec feature. I noticed that now that I've transferred my character to Outland it seems that I don't have it anymore (The webpage won't let me swap spec and it reads that I need to pay 100g In order to do it, which I did a few months ago).
