WotLK Help please, my old characters are gone.

It has been two years since my last login and I was wondering if my level 85 characters were caught in a cleanup for inactivity. Also i'm a donator so wasn't that supposed to exclude my characters from the cleanups? It would be quite dissapointing to see all my coins dissapear into thin air so anyone who can give me any clarification, many thanks.

what realm? Warsong? It got merged with Neltharion realm maybe you missed the chance to move it to Neltharion

I looked in my history of services and it said that I have had 2 realm transfers of 2 different characters, with realm of destination being icecrown, but when I logged on today I saw only two characters, both blood elf paladins with no clothes or anything on them, one being level 1 and the other being level 3 and both had no name. I didn't transfer them myself so I truly don't know what happened.

I also just remembered, that my main characters were on cataclysm servers but when I look back at those all of them are gone, so I guess I did miss the chance seeing that they also merged that one. I wished I would have been informed by mail though.
