Up reput faster ?

Hi all,
Does it exist a technique to up reputations faster plz ?

You can either farm or buy Ethereum Prison Keys which you can use to unlock prisons in Netherstorm (west of Manaforge Ultris) which have a chance of either spawning a mob dropping a rare or NPCs which provide you with 500 (550 if you're human) with Cenarion Exp., Lower City, Sha'tar, Keepers of Time or Sporeggar at random. Other than that you just have to do normal dungeons or quests.
