I wanna play chill solo but can't decide on what expansion to play and what is the best atm soo can you guys tell me

If you're a fan of TBC expansion, there's no reason not to go Outland.

For WOTLK, I'd recommend joining Lordaeron unless you're a donating player. Then, you should head to Icecrown.

MoP still has a decent pop but you'll encounter bugs here and there. As for Cata, the pop is a bit too low.

If you don't really care about endgame raiding and want just to hang around doing quests , learning lore and some fun pvp go Lordaeron or Icecrown for the endgame raiding.
