Site Cannot access my account

Hello i apllied 2 factor autenticator to my account and since uyesterday i cannot access it. i got google authenticator and when i imput the code i receive it says "QWrong code try again in few seconds" all the time i try input the code. In the screenshot an example of the error it pop s out i tried various codes in different times,
this problem persist since 1 week i cannot access my account. any gm can help me out?

There is an option to synchronize time somewhere in google authenticator app. Try that.
