Can't summon mount

I can't summon mount after reaching lv61 (Rogue Blood Elf). My other character (Shaman Draenei) are affected as well.

The casting animation and the casting bar are appearing as normal, but the mount isn't summoned, and no mount buff icon appearing next to minimap.

Please help me on this problem, thanks.

I was told by someone but if you die then resurrect at the grave yard it fixes the problem. But I am also having this same problems (have yet to try the fix that was suggested)

I tried this dying-resurrecting thing, but I still can't summon the mount :/ I hope server mods decide soon to release an update fixing this or at least tell the solution to this bug
