I have a question , if I donate 10 dollars, I don't have to wait when i want to play on Icecrown ?

All donations give premium status and allow skipping queue. Even donations that are less than 10 euros/dollars, if lower amounts are available with the donation method you choose. Check exact amounts on donation window. Most donation methods are in euros but some might be in dollars.
