WotLK Lost characters/items after Icecrown merge

Hi,

After a long time i decided to log back in and give it a go once more. Unfortunately it seems that after the Ragnaros/Deathwing merge to Icecrown my account is empty, no characters on select screen (beside the one i made today to test if it was a reload issue).

i dont realy care about my lost characters as they weren't particulalry high level what i do care is the loss of the Heirlooms i got via the marketplace.
Staff should be able to see my marketplace history on this account with the items i got.

So, is it possible to atleast get the Heirlooms back so i can re-level a new character?
