Technical Two factor authentication

Hey, im doing the two factor authentication since now you need that to sell your gold... And it happens that after 10 codes i got from my phone none of them works, I don't know what is happening for real but it's either my phone ( which im about to smash to the wall) or the system not working properly... And there's also a key code that i don't know where to put it. I would love to see any kind of response helping me out about this.

If you are using google authenticator app, there is an option to sync time somewhere in the app. Try that.
