WotLK Im stuck in an Instance Group

Hey
So my problem is, that earlier when i was doing Dungeons, some weird stuff happened and somehow my friends and I got into diffrent dungeons, but it still said we were in a group together.
We all decided to leave.
Ever since then I've been stuck in an instance group. Like it says im leader of a group, but theres no one in it, i can't leave or queue for dungeons..
I've tried relogging and everything else i could think of

Any suggestions?
