Technical Can't connect

When i put my Username and my password it says 'Connecting' for a moment and then this messages comes out ' Unable to connect. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact technical support at https://us.battle.net/support/en/games/wow '
I played in this server 1 year ago and wanted to play again, i just downloaded it and i cant play

Having the same issue. just downloaded WOW WOTLK on Mac and cannot connect.
