(dps deathknight) can you get banned for needing on tank items in RDF?

Is it bannable offence to roll need on tank items if you are dps death knight in random dungeon finder (heroic)?

Well honestly doesn't really sounds like Ninja looting granted you should follow the courtesy of asking or seeing if the tank needs it or not, ninja looting is when someone makes the loot system ML and takes everything, or when leveling (Just an example) someone needs on every single BoE drop or BoP drop they can
