[ANSWERED]Banned and not sure why

Decided to check out my profile and characters through the website and noticed that it says my IP is banned and my account is suspended. The other person who plays in my house is not suspended. All it says is that I'm banned for "Suspicious Activity" and don't know what that means since i haven't even played the game in a year. What are the possible reasons for being banned for Suspicous activity?
