Any room for fresh guilds?

Do you guys think there is any room / need for fresh guilds on Alliance?

When I mean fresh, I'm saying to pick people up and start from T4 and progress, is there enough new pop on here to that?

Im just starting out here and would like to experience all of the content through progression rather than get carried into T6.

I reckon that there is room for one as I feel like so many people are looking to attune for Kara( incl me). Therefore they are planning to raid and progress. Which will be much more enjoyable if done in a guild that's like-minded . It's an opportunity to experience the whole content even though slightly later. The server is not to end game content anyway so that leaves room for more progress. I'd love to get myself into a progressive guild starting from the begining so if you're interested PM me.
