Pandaria Can't open wow client.

Hi everyone :D

I got a new PC and decided to download this game on it but I'm not able to open the wow client.

The torrent is finished and it says "seeding" now. I go to downloads and select wow.exe but it doesn't open. after some time, a message pops up saying "World of Warcraft can't make a required change to an archive. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcaft folder or try running the game in administrator mode."...
I've already tried running the game as administrator but that message still shows up. Any solution to this? I don't want ot have to download this again. :'(

Would love a quick fix for this!! I just want to get back on this. D;
