WotLK Addons Not Working

I need help guys, I am trying to download standard mods such as recount and I have put the downloaded addon folders into my >interface>addons folder correctly and reset my game and closed it out and started it back up. None of my addons are loading, I've got "load out-of-date" addons checked as well it says they are all running but when i get in game nothing changes and none of my addons appear. Can anyone help me with this problem?

I'm also trying to set up my addons and have the same problem. It's the first time I am trying to do it on a warmane server and I have done the same process that tinyb77 has done. Not sure if there is a specific warmane repository?
