WotLK My prime account doesn't exist? Incorrect pass or username?

I've been playing wow til february-march 2018 on Icecrown. I tried to log in now(month after) and it says invalid username or password. Have issues with log in with forum too and i totally forgot what email is my account linked to(i have account here since 2012 i think), so i cant reset it. Please help, what is happening?
