1. Two-Step Authentication Problem

    Hello there, I haven't been on my account in a few years now and after resetting my password via my email address attached to my account, I cannot get pass the authenticator. Unfortunately, considering that I haven't used this account in a while, I no longer have the mobile device that had my google authenticator attached to it. Is there a way that it can be reset from your end? Thank you so much in advance, I look forward to a response.
