WotLK Need to set up resolution and graphics every time I start up the game

so I've just started playing on the WOTLK servers and every time I start it up, it resets back to its default resolution settings and video graphics, so every time i log in i need to set it up again, any ideas what to do?

go to *wowcorefolder*/WTF/config.txt , check the properties if read-only is marked, unmark it .
