[ANSWERED] Average waiting time for online ticket

I'm wondering what's the average time for geting a ticket respons on website. I'm having 2 tickets that have been up for 2-3 days and I still got no response.

To be fair, the things that the website support is usually for is complex stuff. Since it requires high permission access, it can be only handled by staff who are also busy with other things.

The solution will come, even if it does with some waiting time.
