Good day folks,

I have begun to experience an issue wth my game couple of weeks back, which persists till present day:

When I launch the game for the first time upon starting my notebook (got a pretty new rig, can handle the game on full resolution without FPS drop in PvP), upon choosing the character in the char menu, the screen blinks several times to black, freezing the PC completely.

As this forces me to hard-reboot the PC everytime, which is A) stupidity and B) not good for the hardware at all, Id love to ask if anyone happens to know the possible reason and most probable solution?

PS: relaunching the game afterwards resets the video settings, launching the game in 800x600 resolution, with any setting (camera, quests, action bars, combat etc.) reset to default.

Kindly appreciated any and all help.
