Can i buy Heirlooms in the store or something on the homepage just need a yes or no many say i can but have not found it yet and its for Icecrown

Yes you can.

Store - > Icecrown -> pick char -> coins
Then in search box you can write for example Balanced heartseeker and you will see a heirloom, so far there is no filter for all heirlooms .
