Technical lost authentication

i buy a new phone and i lost the authentication of my account, I need a new QR-Code to scan and to get in. pls help me

I have a similar problem, i activate the authenticator 2 week ago and i didn't remove that. Now i cleaned my pc wit cCleaner and i lost my mail linked to this account so i can't log in here although i can play normally. I wish to get back my mail becouse i supported the servers in past and i activate my double spec for my character ( i am in outland ). Any advice ?
