PvP ret paladin with 2x PvE set bonus

What do you think about a Pvp paladin with http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=51275 aka 2set bonus which states 40% chance to reset divine storm WITHOUT a global cooldown on the initial proc. Means it can proc 5 times in a row.

Overall you lose 200 resil (this can be replaced with more resil gems) 150 attack power and 1 CD reduction from judgements (from Wrathful)

It would be very useful in certain situations, such as classes you are dealing with in constant melee. But in case of casters, you'll get cced much and it would make you squishier because of resilience loss. It can also never proc in a duel, yet it can proc 5 times in a row, yes, but that's rolling a dice. You'll want to use it as much as possible, so if it procs too much, you'll waste all your mana and won't be able to judge.
In arena, you cannot guess which classes you'll face in the next battle and, once you enter a match, you can't switch to Wrathful anymore.
So to a conclusion, it can be fun and useful in battlegrounds and world pvp, where you pick your fights.
