    Addon's options being blanket.

    Yo, I recently came into a problem when I was trying to configure my UI. Whenever I open the options of Quartz, RBS or Grid2 addons it's being blanket. Whoever has an idea how to fix that I would we grateful. https://imgur.com/a/0IICXM9

    disable all of your addons then open it one by one until you find it when the bug occur
